We want to hear from educators and school leaders about:

• your experiences supporting students with disability in their learning during the COVID-19 pandemic
• the information and advice you received to help you support students with disability during the COVID-19 pandemic, including to learn remotely and return to school
• how supports for students with disability changed during the COVID-19 pandemic
• improvements that could be made for students with disability during another major emergency event like the COVID-19 pandemic
